As The Gor Grid team our goal is to have all Gor together. As most of us hate to have sim rules in each sim and spend minutes to read them, The Gor Grid ofering you to read rules once and RP with them. Now you do not have to memorize if a certain sim lets tarns or not, how many lines to do something. Because all will have just Grid Rules.
Now you dont have to search for LMs. You will just open your gorean map and see where is the place you want to go. And you will chose to walk(if i were you i would not...grins), to use your tarn or to travel with a ship.
As we are not letting user servers in The Gor Grid we are providing a secure place also for merchants. Our bussiness partner Cairo developed a system working through paypal. So we may use the inworld economy for roleplay. The CVS(Cairo Vendor System) will be released soon.
Ah... Dont worry... Vendors will not disturb your roleplay anymore... We have a seperate Island just for Merchants... No more stalls at each city, No more looking for city teleports from markets. You will just travel to the Merchant Island and you will have all you want there. Make your shopping in peace and turn back to your roleplay.
Beside that, creator of Honor Meter System, QaPla Xie is developing a new system for TGG(The Gor Grid). This is sytem will start as basic as all in TGG and will be developed as the OpenSimulator Engine developed.
Not finished yet... smiles.... The Gor Grid is training newbies for you. The Gor Grid Academy is ready with its trainers. The classes will be announced weekly, so you can join whne you need to learn.
